A co pak s nimi?<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1me pro v\u00e1s tip: Co takhle <em>dom\u00e1c\u00ed ke\u010dup<\/em>, kter\u00fd bude zaru\u010den\u011b bez chemie a pln\u00fd toho, z \u010deho m\u00e1 ke\u010dup b\u00fdt \u2013 tedy raj\u010dat? S na\u0161imi tipy budete slavit \u00fasp\u011bch!<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. VYU\u017dIJTE KLIDN\u011a P\u0158EZR\u00c1L\u00c1 RAJ\u010cATA<\/strong><br \/>\nStejn\u011b jako do jin\u00fdch zava\u0159enin, do ke\u010dupu nikdy nepou\u017e\u00edvejte raj\u010data nahnil\u00e1 nebo plesniv\u00e1. Nen\u00ed ale probl\u00e9m v n\u011bm spot\u0159ebovat t\u0159eba p\u0159ezr\u00e1l\u00e9 kousky, kter\u00e9 jsou u\u017e svra\u0161t\u011bl\u00e9 a nevypadaj\u00ed l\u00e1kav\u011b. Takov\u00e1 raj\u010data jsou naopak nejslad\u0161\u00ed a ke\u010dupu dodaj\u00ed nejv\u00edc chuti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. CO KUCHA\u0158, TO KE\u010cUP<\/strong><br \/>\nNeexistuje jeden univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed recept na ke\u010dup. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 zna\u010dka a ka\u017ed\u00fd kucha\u0159 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 sv\u016fj mix ko\u0159en\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladem ke\u010dupu jsou ale v\u017edy raj\u010data, raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak, ocet a s\u016fl. V\u011bt\u0161inou v n\u011bm uc\u00edt\u00edte tak\u00e9 bobkov\u00fd list. Zbytek ingredienc\u00ed a jejich pom\u011bry u\u017e jsou na kucha\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. OCHUCEN\u00c9 KE\u010cUPY D\u011aLEJTE ZE STEJN\u00c9HO Z\u00c1KLADU<\/strong><br \/>\nKdy\u017e u\u017e jsme u t\u011bch r\u016fzn\u00fdch recept\u016f&#8230; Chcete-li si vyrobit v\u00edce r\u016fzn\u00fdch ke\u010dup\u016f (ostr\u00fd, kari, chilli\u2026), uva\u0159te si nejd\u0159\u00edve z\u00e1klad a z toho odeb\u00edrejte do jin\u00e9ho hrnce a tam ochucujte. Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed: Raj\u010data jsou p\u0159i ochucov\u00e1n\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b citliv\u00e1. Je lep\u0161\u00ed m\u00edt jednu l\u00e1hev ostr\u00e9ho ke\u010dupu ne\u017e celou v\u00e1rku. Ke\u010dupu nesn\u00edte tolik, aby hrozilo, \u017ee byste sn\u011bdli moc cukru. Ten je ale v ke\u010dupu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd konzervant, kter\u00fd zaru\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00e1m na temn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b vydr\u017e\u00ed \u010derstv\u00fd cel\u00e9 t\u00fddny.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. POZOR NA KYSELOST<\/strong><br \/>\nPozor na dochucov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ke\u010dup po zchladnut\u00ed a v pr\u016fb\u011bhu uskladn\u011bn\u00ed bude m\u011bnit chu\u0165, rozle\u017e\u00ed se. DODR\u017dUJTE HYGIENU<\/strong><br \/>\nPo uva\u0159en\u00ed ke\u010dupu ho p\u0159el\u00e9vejte v\u00fdhradn\u011b do dokonale \u010dist\u00fdch, ide\u00e1ln\u011b sterilizovan\u00fdch lahv\u00ed a v\u017edy pou\u017e\u00edvejte steriln\u00ed n\u00e1stroje. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 opakovan\u00e9 olizov\u00e1n\u00ed l\u017ei\u010dek p\u0159i ochutn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo nevymyt\u00e9 trycht\u00fd\u0159e. To jsou v\u0161echno rizikov\u00e9 faktory, kter\u00e9 mohou zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee po p\u00e1r dnech najdete ke\u010dup zkva\u0161en\u00fd nebo plesniv\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.
