C\u00edl byl jasn\u00fd &#8211; <strong>nab\u00eddnout k\u00e1vu bezprecedentn\u00ed kvality a z\u00e1rove\u0148 si v\u00e1\u017eit p\u0159\u00edrody a respektovat a ct\u00edt pr\u00e1ci farm\u00e1\u0159\u016f.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Vize spole\u010dnosti:<\/h3>\n<p><em>&#8222;Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je p\u0159edstavit \u010desk\u00e9mu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi k\u00e1vu jako kulin\u00e1rn\u00ed produkt s jasn\u011b dan\u00fdm p\u016fvodem a v na\u0161ich kon\u010din\u00e1ch zat\u00edm nepoznan\u00fdm chu\u0165ov\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lem. Jsme zast\u00e1nci a propag\u00e1tory baristick\u00e9ho um\u011bn\u00ed, ale v\u017edy je u n\u00e1s na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b kvalitn\u00ed a \u010derstv\u00e1 surovina. Pevn\u011b v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee za pomoci alternativn\u00edch metod p\u0159\u00edpravy si m\u016f\u017ee kvalitn\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011brovou k\u00e1vu dovolit vychutnat opravdu ka\u017ed\u00fd, a\u0165 ji\u017e doma nebo v komer\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e p\u0159ed zalo\u017een\u00edm spole\u010dnosti Doubleshot s.r.o. byli u zrodu obchodu s v\u00fdb\u011brovou k\u00e1vou. Po\u0159\u00e1dali r\u016fzn\u00e9 akce, degustace, \u0161kolen\u00ed a \u0161\u00ed\u0159ili pov\u011bdom\u00ed o konceptu v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 k\u00e1vy. P\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dili \u0159adu hotel\u016f, restaurac\u00ed, kav\u00e1ren, \u017ee<strong> italsk\u00e9 espresso nen\u00ed jedin\u00fd skvost mezi k\u00e1vy<\/strong> a <strong>existuj\u00ed i mnohem chutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u010dertsv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druhy k\u00e1v.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Jak obohatili sv\u00e9 &#8222;know-how&#8220;?<\/h3>\n<p>Aby pronikli k sam\u00e9 podstat\u011b k\u00e1vy, rozhodla se <strong>\u010d\u00e1st jejich t\u00fdmu p\u0159est\u011bhovat na farmu do Panamy a ta druh\u00e1 putovala do v\u011bhlasn\u00e9 kanadsk\u00e9 pra\u017e\u00edrny.<\/strong> T\u00edmto z\u00edskali jedine\u010dnou mo\u017enost zapojit se do v\u0161ech proces\u016f a u\u010dit se od mistr\u016f v oboru. Ve <strong>St\u0159edn\u00ed Americe<\/strong> Jarda &#8222;Barista&#8220; a Kamila nav\u0161t\u00edvili p\u0159es sto r\u016fzn\u00fdch farem a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se stali sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ambici\u00f3zn\u00edho k\u00e1vov\u00e9ho<strong> projektu v El Salvadoru.<\/strong> V <strong>Kanad\u011b<\/strong> mezi t\u00edm Jarda &#8222;Pra\u017ei\u010d&#8220; upra\u017eil stovky tun v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch k\u00e1v z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n<h3>Odkud poch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00e1vy?<\/h3>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina nab\u00edzen\u00fdch k\u00e1v je od <strong>farm\u00e1\u0159\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 pova\u017euj\u00ed v\u00edce za p\u0159\u00e1tele a rodinu, ne\u017e obchodn\u00ed partnery. <strong>S n\u011bkter\u00fdmi z nich se pod\u00edleli na sb\u011bru zral\u00fdch t\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m su\u0161en\u00ed.<\/strong> <strong>Spousty dn\u00ed str\u00e1vili u degusta\u010dn\u00edho stolu kontrolou kvality zrn<\/strong>. Nyn\u00ed ji\u017e zb\u00fdv\u00e1 nelehk\u00fd \u00fakol zrna upra\u017eit tak, aby vyzdvihli jejich specifick\u00fd chu\u0165ov\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. A nakonec nejp\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed krok cel\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce \u010dek\u00e1 na v\u00e1s. <strong>K\u00e1vu p\u0159ipravit s l\u00e1skou, kterou si vychutn\u00e1te do posledn\u00edho dou\u0161ku.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>KONCEPT SPOLE\u010cNOSTI:<\/h2>\n<h3>1. &#8222;K\u00e1va z rukou farm\u00e1\u0159e&#8220;<\/h3>\n<p>C\u00edl: <strong>p\u0159edstavit k\u00e1vu jako v\u00fdsledek n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce oby\u010dejn\u00fdch farm\u00e1\u0159\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed za svou snahu a zku\u0161enosti obvykle dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed odm\u011bnu.<\/strong> Farm\u00e1\u0159 sice stoj\u00ed na po\u010d\u00e1tku k\u00e1vov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce, ale pro ve\u0159ejnost z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 neviditeln\u00fdm. <strong>K\u00e1vy se prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u017edy pod jm\u00e9nem farm\u00e1\u0159e spole\u010dn\u011b s maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00edm informac\u00ed o p\u016fvodu.<\/strong> Pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edky je pak p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 \u0161irok\u00e1 nab\u00eddka r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f k\u00e1v. Spole\u010dnost Doubleshot si sestavila <strong>intern\u00ed syst\u00e9m z\u00e1sad<\/strong> \u2013 v podstate takovou malou firemn\u00ed certifikaci, kter\u00e1 je zalo\u017eena na filosofii p<strong>\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho obchodu<\/strong> (<strong>Direct Trade)<\/strong> a tzv. <strong>&#8222;Relationship Coffee&#8220;<\/strong>. Podstatou tohoto konceptu je <strong>spolupr\u00e1ce s farm\u00e1\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed nezi\u0161tn\u00fd z\u00e1jem o zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality a dodr\u017euj\u00ed z\u00e1sady trvale udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;V\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee v\u00fdsledkem jejich vynalo\u017een\u00e9ho \u00fasil\u00ed by v\u017edy m\u011bla b\u00fdt vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkupn\u00ed cena, ne\u017e kterou ud\u00e1v\u00e1 komoditn\u00ed trh.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>2.\u00a0&#8222;P\u0159\u00edprava bez tlaku&#8220;<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Espresso<\/strong> se stalo glob\u00e1ln\u00edm hitem posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolika des\u00edtek let. Espresso bylo vyvinuto Italy, aby se zrychlil servis k\u00e1vy v kav\u00e1rn\u00e1ch.<strong> Nikdy v\u0161ak nebylo ur\u010deno k rychl\u00e9 a kvalitn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b k\u00e1vy. V\u017edy je ale na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b samotn\u00e1 surovina. R\u00e1di bychom sv\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee komplexnost k\u00e1vy a myri\u00e1du jej\u00edch chut\u00ed si lze u\u017e\u00edt i jinak, ne\u017e na stoli\u010dce ru\u0161n\u00e9ho baru b\u011bhem cesty do pr\u00e1ce.
