Zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 si na sv\u00e9m <strong>region\u00e1ln\u00edm charakteru a podporujeme m\u00edstn\u00ed dodavatele.<\/strong> Vybudovali 8 moravsk\u00fdch a 2 slovensk\u00e9 pobo\u010dky. Tam, kde p\u016fsob\u00ed, cht\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt \u017eiv\u00fdm m\u00edstem, v n\u011bm\u017e se setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed lid\u00e9. Vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e m\u00edstn\u00ed produkce a zdroj\u016f. Chovaj\u00ed se <strong>ekologicky<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u00edm, \u017ee <strong>ve sv\u00fdch pec\u00edch top\u00ed biomasou.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za svou pr\u00e1ci z\u00edskali n\u011bkolik <strong>ocen\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>Zlat\u00e1 chu\u0165 ji\u017en\u00ed Moravy<\/strong>. <strong>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm ocen\u011bn\u00edm je ale pochvala z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f a uzn\u00e1n\u00ed od v\u0161ech zku\u0161en\u00fdch dom\u00e1c\u00edch peka\u0159ek \u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8222;Zakl\u00e1d\u00e1me si na poctiv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci a \u0159emesle. Stav\u00edme na znalosti sv\u00e9ho \u0159emesla, d\u00edky n\u00ed\u017e dovedeme pe\u010divo d\u011blat tradi\u010dn\u011b,<\/strong><strong>pouze ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch surovin a dom\u00e1c\u00edho kv\u00e1sku.&#8220;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>P\u0159\u00edb\u011bh chleba:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&#8222;Na za\u010d\u00e1tku cesty k dobr\u00e9mu chlebu je chu\u0165 a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011blat svou pr\u00e1ci co nejl\u00e9pe. Mouka je vybr\u00e1na u tam\u011bj\u0161\u00edch mlyn\u00e1\u0159\u016f, u kter\u00fdch se m\u016f\u017eou spolehnout na kvalitu \u2013 \u017ee je mouka \u010dist\u00e1 a z dobr\u00e9ho zrna. D\u00e1le p\u0159idaj\u00ed jejich kv\u00e1sek, kter\u00fd \u017eiv\u00ed a o\u0161et\u0159uj\u00ed.
