Ale to by samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nic neznamenalo, kdyby za touhletou 2-men-show nebyl p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh siln\u00fd p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm jako bhut jolokia.<\/p>\n<p>Dva kamar\u00e1di z ji\u017en\u00ed Moravy \u2013 Richard a Honza \u2013 se jednoho kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho dne rozhodli, \u017ee je klasick\u00e9 chilliom\u00e1\u010dky na b\u00e1zi cibule a \u010desneku prost\u011b u\u017e nud\u00ed a nebav\u00ed, a rozhodli se j\u00edt vlastn\u00ed cestou. Na t\u00e9 cest\u011b jsou relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tkou dobu a u\u017e se jim povedlo vystoupit na vrchol. V\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku americk\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee World Hot Sauce, BBQ and Extreme Food Awards z\u00edskali jednu st\u0159\u00edbrnou a jednu bronzovou medaili. Nav\u00edc m\u00e1te na kont\u011b je\u0161t\u011b 3. m\u00edsto za Ho\u0159\u010di\u010dnou om\u00e1\u010dku s medem a tymi\u00e1nem. Co pro v\u00e1s tahle ocen\u011bn\u00ed znamenaj\u00ed<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Znamen\u00e1 to pro n\u00e1s hrozn\u011b moc. Je to jen potvrzen\u00ed toho, \u017ee d\u011blat v\u011bci po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b, z kvalitn\u00edch surovin a spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm postupem se vyplat\u00ed. Konkurence byla obrovsk\u00e1, celosv\u011btov\u00e1, ale p\u0159esto se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo dvakr\u00e1t usp\u011bt. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je ale neusnout na vav\u0159\u00ednech a makat d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O jak presti\u017en\u00ed <\/strong><strong>sout\u011b\u017e se jedn\u00e1<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Troufneme si \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee pro v\u00fdrobce p\u00e1liv\u00fdch dobrot o tu nejpresti\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. \u00da\u010dastn\u00ed se j\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky a\u00a0osobnosti chilli sc\u00e9ny, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1\u0161 obl\u00edbenec John \u201eCaJohn\u201c Hard, se kter\u00fdm jsme vloni m\u011bli tu \u010dest potkat se na chilli festivalu v Houstonu. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobci nejen z USA, ale i z Evropy, Austr\u00e1lie\u2026 prost\u011b z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mohli byste popsat p\u0159\u00edb\u011b<\/strong><strong>h va\u0161ich ocen\u011bn\u00fdch produkt\u016f? Jak dlouho je ji\u017e vyr\u00e1b\u00edte, jak jste p\u0159i\u0161li na recept a v \u010dem jsou pro v\u00e1s v\u00fdjime\u010dn<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ho\u0159\u010di\u010dn\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka vznikla je\u0161t\u011b d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e existovalo My-Chilli. Ne\u017e se ale ust\u00e1lila jej\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e1 podoba, trvalo to asi dva roky. Naopak cibulov\u00e9 chutney d\u011bl\u00e1me od za\u010d\u00e1tku My-Chilli a a\u017e na drobn\u00e9 zm\u011bny se receptura nem\u011bnila. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd strhuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh ne\u010dekejte, ani jeden ze zmi\u0148ovan\u00fdch produkt\u016f nen\u00ed 100% n\u00e1\u0161 vyn\u00e1lez \u2013 BBQ om\u00e1\u010dky na ho\u0159\u010di\u010dn\u00e9m z\u00e1kladu jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad ve St\u00e1tech zcela b\u011b\u017en\u00e9. Jen jsme to za\u010dali d\u011blat jinak, zkusili netradi\u010dn\u00ed kombinace chut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b dob\u0159e spojuj\u00ed, a vy\u0161lo to.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak<\/strong><strong>\u00e9 je slo\u017een\u00ed? Ze kter\u00fdch papri\u010dek a z jak\u00fdch jin\u00fdch surovin je vyr\u00e1b\u00ed<\/strong><strong>te?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tady to z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed produkt od produktu. Spoustu na\u0161ich \u201est\u00e1lic\u201c jako ho\u0159\u010di\u010dn\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka, BBQ s\u00a0whisky a dal\u0161\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme d\u011blat po cel\u00fd rok z b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00fdch surovin. Pak tu ale m\u00e1me limitovan\u00e9 edice, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na sez\u00f3nn\u00edch surovin\u00e1ch, jako jsou jahody, okurky, d\u00fdn\u011b a podobn\u011b, kter\u00e9 pe\u010dliv\u011b vyb\u00edr\u00e1me v ten prav\u00fd \u010das sklizn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Papri\u010dky, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, jsou prakticky v\u00fdhradn\u011b z kategorie Super-Hot, tedy od takov\u00fdch 250\u00a0000 Scovilleho jednotek v\u00fd\u0161e. Zpravidla to v\u0161ak je sp\u00ed\u0161e 1 milion SHU jednotek a v\u00edc, t\u011bch slab\u0161\u00edch moc nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me. V\u00fdhoda superp\u00e1liv\u00fdch paprik je, \u017ee pro b\u011b\u017enou om\u00e1\u010dku jich sta\u010d\u00ed jen mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, a tak neovliv\u0148uj\u00ed celkovou chu\u0165 v\u00fdrobku. Jsme mlad\u00e1 firma a p\u0159ed dev\u00edti m\u011bs\u00edci jsme o n\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b ani nev\u011bd\u011bli \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak\u00fd je v\u00e1\u0161 dlouhodob\u00fd c\u00edl v byznysu p\u00e1<\/strong><strong>liv\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chceme uk\u00e1zat lidem, \u017ee chilli om\u00e1\u010dky jsou o n\u011b\u010dem jin\u00e9m ne\u017e jen sm\u00edchat zeleninu, cibuli s\u00a0tunou \u010desneku, trochou chilli a voil\u00e0, \u201enov\u00e1\u201c om\u00e1\u010dka je na sv\u011bt\u011b. Jen\u017ee obvykle je prakticky stejn\u00e1 jako v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed, s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm rozd\u00edlem. Takhle to d\u011bl\u00e1 spousta v\u00fdrobc\u016f. My d\u011bl\u00e1me cibulov\u00e9 chutney, om\u00e1\u010dku z paprik uzen\u00fdch na dubov\u00e9m d\u0159ev\u011b, jahodov\u00fd d\u017eem nebo okurkov\u00fd relish. Na sv\u011bt\u011b je tolik skv\u011bl\u00fdch surovin, se kter\u00fdmi se chilli kr\u00e1sn\u011b spoj\u00ed, tak pro\u010d se omezovat?<\/p>\n<p><strong>S \u010d\u00edm r\u00e1di chutney a ho\u0159\u010dici j\u00edte? K \u010demu je doporu\u010dujete?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chutney je obecn\u011b skv\u011bl\u00e9 k s\u00fdr\u016fm a pa\u0161tik\u00e1m. Naprost\u00e1 par\u00e1da je d\u00e1t si hov\u011bz\u00ed burger z\u00a0vyzr\u00e1l\u00e9ho masa a m\u00edsto majon\u00e9zy \u010di ke\u010dupu pou\u017e\u00edt chutney. Neskute\u010dn\u011b dobr\u00e9. Ho\u0159\u010di\u010dn\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka se skv\u011ble hod\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad k vep\u0159ov\u00e9mu masu \u2013 t\u0159eba krkovi\u010dce na grilu.<\/p>\n<p>My ale p\u0159\u00edmo nediktujeme, co k \u010demu maj\u00ed lidi j\u00edst.
