Co to pro v\u00e1s znamen\u00e1?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Je to pro n\u00e1s velk\u00e1 \u010dest a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee to, co d\u011bl\u00e1me, d\u011bl\u00e1me dob\u0159e. N\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edstup je ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0jin\u00fdmi \u010dokol\u00e1dovnami pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fd a\u00a0t\u011b\u0161\u00ed m\u011b, \u017ee i\u00a0tak jsme schopni konkurovat v presti\u017en\u00edch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch. Nav\u00edc jsme z\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti samouci, kte\u0159\u00ed \u010dokol\u00e1du profesion\u00e1ln\u011b d\u011blaj\u00ed asi rok a\u00a0p\u016fl, tak\u017ee t\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161 je super dostat takov\u00e9 ocen\u011bn\u00ed. Je to p\u0159edstup\u00ednek toho nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho ocen\u011bn\u00ed a\u00a0t\u00edm je World Final Awards, kter\u00e9 je ka\u017ed\u00fd rok vyhla\u0161ov\u00e1no v\u00a0Lond\u00fdn\u011b. Douf\u00e1m, \u017ee se n\u00e1m poda\u0159\u00ed usp\u011bt i\u00a0tam \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Na v\u00fdsledky fin\u00e1le se m\u016f\u017eeme t\u011b\u0161it kdy?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tam se je\u0161t\u011b mus\u00edme probojovat a\u00a0te\u010f to za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me \u0159e\u0161it, chyt\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed budeme tak za m\u011bs\u00edc, kdy budeme m\u00edt podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed informace. Sout\u011b\u017e\u00edme poprv\u00e9, tak se v\u00a0tom sna\u017e\u00edme zorientovat.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Jak\u00e1 byla va\u0161e cesta do sout\u011b\u017ee?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Sout\u011b\u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee z\u00fa\u010dastnit kdokoliv, kdo vyr\u00e1b\u00ed \u010dokol\u00e1du. Po\u0161le po\u017eadovan\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u010dokol\u00e1dy, zaplat\u00ed vstupn\u00ed poplatek a\u00a0m\u016f\u017ee sout\u011b\u017eit. Dostat ocen\u011bn\u00ed je ale n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho, mysl\u00edm, \u017ee jsme usp\u011bli mezi odhadem 100\u2013200 p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch. Tato \u010d\u00edsla nejsou ve\u0159ejn\u00e1, ale vych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0m\u00fdch znalost\u00ed \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 sc\u00e9ny v\u00a0Evrop\u011b.<br \/>\nRozhodnut\u00ed z\u00fa\u010dastnit se padlo ve chv\u00edli, kdy jsme u\u017e i\u00a0my byli zcela p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee na\u0161e \u010dokol\u00e1dy jsou pln\u011b konkurenceschopn\u00e9. Cht\u011bli jsme t\u00edm tak\u00e9 otestovat, jestli opravdu d\u011bl\u00e1me \u010dokol\u00e1du na sv\u011btov\u00e9 \u00farovni. A\u00a0vypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee d\u011bl\u00e1me.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Dostali jste i\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 \u201eslovn\u00ed vysv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed\u201c?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Zat\u00edm zn\u00e1me jen v\u00fdsledky, o\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed informace budeme \u017e\u00e1dat.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b \u010dokol\u00e1dy pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te tradi\u010dn\u00ed recept i\u00a0postup. Mysl\u00ed\u0161, \u017ee to je ten kl\u00ed\u010d k \u00fasp\u011bchu?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ne\u0159ekl bych, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me tradi\u010dn\u00ed recept, je to sp\u00ed\u0161e kombinace nov\u00fdch a\u00a0star\u00fdch metod, kter\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad tady v\u00a0Evrop\u011b moc pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 nejsou. Evropsk\u00fd trh je orientovan\u00fd hlavn\u011b na velkov\u00fdrobu, tak\u017ee jsme museli hledat jinde. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me metody, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00a019.\u00a0a\u00a0za\u010d\u00e1tku 20.\u00a0stolet\u00ed, a\u00a0kombinujeme je s\u00a0modern\u00edmi technologiemi a\u00a0nov\u00fdmi znalostmi.<br \/>\nUr\u010dit\u011b je tedy postup v\u00fdroby jedna z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din, ale ta nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je samotn\u00e1 surovina, v\u00a0n\u00ed je v\u0161e ulo\u017een\u00e9. My se pak u\u017e jen sna\u017e\u00edme to co nejm\u00e9n\u011b pokazit.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>OK, poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat na tu surovinu.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pracujeme s\u00a0v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdmi kakaov\u00fdmi boby v\u00a0bio kvalit\u011b. Jsou to zcela jin\u00e9 boby ne\u017e klasick\u00e9 komoditn\u00ed, ze kter\u00fdch vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u00fdrobc\u016f. Jak slo\u017eit\u00e1 cesta to je?
