P\u0159esto\u017ee na\u0161e p\u016fvodn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9, oblast gastronomie n\u00e1\u0161 v\u017edy l\u00e1kala. Sice se ne\u0159ad\u00edme k \u201enad\u0161en\u00fdm dom\u00e1c\u00edm kucha\u0159\u016fm\u201c, kte\u0159\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed hodiny denn\u011b u spor\u00e1ku, ale oba m\u00e1me r\u00e1di dobr\u00e9 a zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, o kter\u00e9 se sem tam pokou\u0161\u00edme i vlastn\u00edmi silami.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed inspirace od \u010deho se odp\u00edchnout jsme si uv\u011bdomili, \u017ee se na na\u0161em trhu nevyr\u00e1b\u00ed cukrovinky, kter\u00e9 by byly vyrobeny z\u00a0kvalitn\u00edch surovin a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i designov\u011b hezk\u00e9. A tak nastalo na\u0161e p\u016flro\u010dn\u00ed laborov\u00e1n\u00ed a pokusy. Zda se n\u00e1m to nakonec povedlo, mohou nyn\u00ed posoudit z\u00e1kazn\u00edci.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Kde jste prodali prvn\u00ed produkt?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed balen\u00e9 marshmallows a l\u00edz\u00e1tka jsme prodali na V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch trz\u00edch 2014 v\u00a0Uh. Hradi\u0161ti. Karamelky jsme do nab\u00eddky za\u0159adili a\u017e od leto\u0161n\u00edho roku a objevily se v\u00a0n\u011bkolika obchodech nar\u00e1z. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nich byl i MY FOOD Va\u0148kovka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Pro\u010d n\u00e1zev \u201cFour Duvet\u201d?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nepat\u0159\u00edme k\u00a0fanou\u0161k\u016fm anglikanism\u016f, ale bohu\u017eel jsme nep\u0159i\u0161li na n\u011bjak\u00fd p\u011bkn\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd n\u00e1zev. Proto jsme nakonec pou\u017eili Four Duvet \u2013 \u201e\u010dty\u0159i pe\u0159iny\u201c, kter\u00fd ale m\u00e1 pro n\u00e1s sv\u00e9 opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed. \u201e\u010cty\u0159i\u201c znamen\u00e1 \u010dty\u0159i z\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 chut\u011b (sladk\u00e1, slan\u00e1, kysel\u00e1, ho\u0159k\u00e1). Existuje je\u0161t\u011b p\u00e1t\u00e1 chu\u0165 \u201eumami\u201c, co\u017e je reakce specifick\u00e9ho chu\u0165ov\u00e9ho receptoru na kyselinu glutamovou a jej\u00ed soli glutam\u00e1ty.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201epe\u0159ina\u201c m\u00e1 p\u0159ipom\u00ednat nad\u00fdchanost marshmallows.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Kdo se v\u00e1m star\u00e1 o vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed podobu v\u00fdrobk\u016f?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Design na\u0161eho webu i obaly jsou d\u00edlem m\u00e9 partnerky a odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se v\u00a0nich styl a sm\u011br jej\u00edho grafick\u00e9ho c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed. Ostatn\u011b je to i jej\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. Vzhled samotn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f je sm\u011bsic\u00ed inspirac\u00ed ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed a vlastn\u00edch n\u00e1pad\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Kolik v\u00e1s je ve firm\u011b a jak\u00e1 je va\u0161e role?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b jsme do \u010dinnosti firmy zapojeni dva \u2013 j\u00e1 a m\u00e1 partnerka. J\u00e1 m\u00e1m zase na starost administrativu, obchodn\u00ed \u010dinnost a um\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1dob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Odkud poch\u00e1z\u00ed suroviny na v\u00fdrobu va\u0161ich produkt\u016f?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdb\u011br surovin je pro koncepci na\u0161ich v\u00fdrobk\u016f z\u00e1sadn\u00ed a to ovliv\u0148uje i jejich kone\u010dnou cenu.
