Nicm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159epu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 m\u00e1slo se pou\u017e\u00edvalo a st\u00e1le pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d kontinenty a kulturami. Klasick\u00e9 m\u00e1slo se takto zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 pro prodlou\u017een\u00ed jeho trvanlivosti a zm\u011bn\u011b jeho vlastnost\u00ed. V t\u00e9to podob\u011b vydr\u017e\u00ed a\u017e rok, nemus\u00ed se chladit, nep\u0159epaluje se. Ale pr\u00e1v\u011b ajurv\u00e9da zn\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jeho vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na zdrav\u00ed. My jsme z\u00edskali recepturu z Indie, na\u0161emu okol\u00ed chutnalo, na trhu nebylo, tak jsem se do toho pustili.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co pro v\u00e1s bylo v za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch podnik\u00e1n\u00ed nejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Nejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bylo \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echno! V potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b jsme byli nepol\u00edben\u00ed, tak\u017ee legislativa, ale i nedostatek pen\u011bz, za\u010dali jsme \u00fapln\u011b od nuly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Co v\u00e1m nejv\u00edce pomohlo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Co n\u00e1m naopak pomohlo, byla motivace, o gh\u00ed\u010dko je velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem. A ur\u010dit\u011b \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1 podpora okol\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e rodiny, p\u0159\u00e1tel\u2026 a vst\u0159\u00edcnost veteriny!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Co je pro v\u00fdrobu gh\u00ed nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed sehnat? Kde berete m\u00e1slo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Paradoxn\u011b to nen\u00ed m\u00e1slo, ale kvalitn\u00ed, vkusn\u00fd a dostupn\u00fd obal. A\u0165 u\u017e sklo, v\u00ed\u010dka, etikety, a to nejen na na\u0161em trhu. Dobr\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 m\u00e1slo probl\u00e9m sehnat nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak gh\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u00edte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>V\u0161e d\u011bl\u00e1me ru\u010dn\u011b. M\u00e1me, pochopiteln\u011b, spolupracovn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed va\u0159\u00ed, polepuj\u00ed, atd. Tento postup chceme zachovat. Rad\u011bji d\u00e1me vyd\u011blat kamar\u00e1dce, kter\u00e1 pe\u010duje o posti\u017eenou dceru, ne\u017e investovat do linek a stroj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vyr\u00e1b\u00edte i v biokvalit\u011b. Kde nakupujete bio suroviny? Je s t\u00edm probl\u00e9m?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Biokvalita byla od za\u010d\u00e1tku n\u00e1\u0161 c\u00edl, v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee postupn\u011b p\u0159ejdeme pouze na ni. Principy ekologick\u00e9ho zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed ct\u00edme a podporujeme. Krom\u011b toho bio m\u00e1slo je \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd v\u00fdchoz\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro v\u00fdrobu a v\u00fdsledek tomu odpov\u00edd\u00e1. Gh\u00ed\u010dko je lep\u0161\u00ed, vo\u0148av\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, chutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u2026 Bio m\u00e1slo ve velk\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed u\u017e trochu probl\u00e9m je. Jedin\u00fd zpracovatel bio m\u00e1sla m\u011bl p\u0159ed v\u00e1noci v\u00fdluku a my jsme za rozumnou cenu nesehnali bio m\u00e1slo, v\u00fdroba v sezon\u011b st\u00e1la. A to byla \u0161koda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chyst\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00e9 noviny?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Ur\u010dit\u011b chyst\u00e1me novinky. Tou posledn\u00ed bylo pr\u00e1v\u011b uveden\u00ed gh\u00ed\u010dka v kvalit\u011b BIO, nyn\u00ed jsou to gh\u00ed bylinn\u00e1, kter\u00e1 budeme postupn\u011b p\u0159edstavovat na festivalech, trz\u00edch a podobn\u00fdch akc\u00edch. Zde m\u00e1me jedine\u010dnou mo\u017enost komunikovat p\u0159\u00edmo se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky a z\u00edsk\u00e1vat zp\u011btnou vazbu, co\u017e n\u00e1s op\u011bt velmi motivuje a bav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A na z\u00e1v\u011br, m\u016f\u017eete n\u00e1m prozradit p\u00e1r tip\u016f, jak gh\u00ed v\u00a0kuchyni nejl\u00e9pe vyu\u017e\u00edt?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b a r\u00e1da, zde je n\u011bkolik na\u0161ich tip\u016f:<\/p>\n<p>Gh\u00ed sm\u00edchat s medem v pom\u011bru 2:1 a nat\u0159\u00edt na pe\u010divo. L\u017ei\u010dku gh\u00ed si d\u00e1t do \u010daje, vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed na dobit\u00ed energie. Na gh\u00ed osma\u017eit cibulku a tu pak pou\u017e\u00edt na brambory, bramborov\u00e9 knedl\u00edky, \u010do\u010dku apod. Libovolnou zeleninu podusit na bylink\u00e1ch s l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed gh\u00ed. Gh\u00ed se skv\u011ble poj\u00ed s bylinami a ko\u0159en\u00edm, chceme- li jejich \u00fa\u010dinky vyu\u017e\u00edt co nejl\u00e9pe, je to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed zp\u016fsob pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Chilli gh\u00ed pot\u0159eme nasucho ope\u010denou topinku a oblo\u017e\u00edme libovolnou zeleninou, mozzarelou.
