To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee trendy ur\u010duj\u00ed i sami spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 \u2013 tedy vy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>P\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti i hrozby?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 doba je v gastronomii epochou netu\u0161en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b a obdob\u00edm nov\u00fdch, dosud nepoznan\u00fdch hrozeb na stran\u011b druh\u00e9. St\u00e1le v\u00edce lid\u00ed \u0159e\u0161\u00ed nejen to, aby m\u011bli ka\u017ed\u00fd den pln\u00e9 tal\u00ed\u0159e, ale st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz kladou na to, aby to, co jed\u00ed, m\u011blo jasn\u00fd a \u010dist\u00fd p\u016fvod, slo\u017een\u00ed neprodlu\u017eovan\u00e9 zbyte\u010dn\u00fdmi aditivy, aby na v\u00fdrobu nepadlo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho neobnoviteln\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f a t\u0159eba aby n\u00e1m po vybalen\u00ed j\u00eddla nezbylo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho um\u011bl\u00fdch obalov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.
