Dva n\u00e1poje, jejich\u017e n\u00e1zvy od sebe nen\u00ed dyslektik schopen odli\u0161it, n\u00e1poje se spole\u010dnou histori\u00ed a\u00a0tak rozd\u00edlnou sou\u010dasnost\u00ed. Rozhodli jsme se pod\u00edvat se t\u011bmhle dv\u011bma drink\u016fm po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b pod v\u00ed\u010dko. Po p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nku budete m\u00edt jasno, kter\u00fd je kter\u00fd. A\u00a0v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee se n\u00e1m poda\u0159\u00ed zbo\u0159it i\u00a0nejeden m\u00fdtus, kter\u00fd kolem perliv\u00e9ho jab\u010d\u00e1ku panuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Cidre je dobr\u00fd, cider \u0161patn\u00fd. Opravdu?<\/h3>\n<p>Ano, tak to p\u00ed\u0161ou v\u00a0\u0159ad\u011b \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, kter\u00e9 se v\u011bnuj\u00ed kvalit\u011b potravin. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt pravda, ale nemus\u00ed. Pro\u010d?<\/p>\n<p><em>Cidre<\/em>\u00a0(vyslovuje se s\u00eddr) je francouzsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu. A\u00a0dle legislativy jde o\u00a0fermentovan\u00fd jable\u010dn\u00fd mo\u0161t, kter\u00fd dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 v l\u00e1hvi (typ champagne), kde dokv\u00e1\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0t\u00edm vznik\u00e1 jeho p\u0159irozen\u00e9 perlen\u00ed. Cidre je tedy \u2013 co se slo\u017een\u00ed t\u00fd\u010de \u2013 \u010dist\u00e1 du\u0161e, jablka a\u00a0kouzla p\u0159\u00edrody (resp. p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch kvasinek).<\/p>\n<p><em>Cider<\/em> (vyslovte sajdr) m\u00e1 domov ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed. Jeho v\u00fdroba nen\u00ed sv\u00e1z\u00e1na tak p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi pravidly. M\u016f\u017ee se vyr\u00e1b\u011bt nejen z\u00a0\u010derstv\u011b vylisovan\u00e9ho mo\u0161tu, ale klidn\u011b z\u00a0jable\u010dn\u00e9ho koncentr\u00e1tu nebo z\u00a0jable\u010dn\u00e9 su\u0161iny. Tak\u00e9 doba kva\u0161en\u00ed je krat\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u\u00a0Frant\u00edka a\u00a0do lahve jde hotov\u00fd, p\u011bkn\u011b vyklidn\u011bn\u00fd. Kdy\u017e ho v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b zapomenete v\u00a0aut\u011b, nemus\u00edte se b\u00e1t v\u00fdbuchu (ale rad\u011bji to nezkou\u0161ejte, proto\u017ee by to cideru ur\u010dit\u011b neprosp\u011blo).<\/p>\n<p>Tak jo, tohle v\u0161echno u\u017e p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi psali jin\u00ed. A kdy\u017e si tohle \u010dtete, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te si: &#8222;Ok, odte\u010f si budu kupovat jenom cidre!&#8220;, &#8222;Angl\u00e1n\u016fm nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm!&#8220; a\u00a0tak podobn\u011b. Je tu ov\u0161em jedno ALE.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Jedno ALE<\/h3>\n<p>Existuje spousta mal\u00fdch \u0159emesln\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u00ed cider anglick\u00e9ho typu, ale jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem ne\u017e v\u0161echny ty velkopivovary a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed mamut\u00ed producenti lehk\u00e9ho jable\u010dn\u00e9ho pit\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pra\u017e\u0161t\u00ed jabl\u00e1\u0159i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sklizeno.cz\/vyhledavani?query=prager&amp;submit=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">F.\u00a0H.\u00a0Prager<\/a>, s\u00a0nimi\u017e jsme kouzlo v\u00fdroby jejich cideru rozeb\u00edrali <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sklizeno.cz\/o-nas\/f-h-prager-jablecna-renesance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety<\/a>. Pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jable\u010dn\u00fd koncentr\u00e1t? Rozhodn\u011b ne! Po tomto obdob\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v\u00a0d\u00e9lce li\u0161\u00ed podle druhu cideru, kvasinek a\u00a0metody, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed prvn\u00ed st\u00e1\u010den\u00ed z\u00a0kalu. Cider je ji\u017e klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0chyst\u00e1 se na zr\u00e1n\u00ed. B\u011bhem zr\u00e1n\u00ed se je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t p\u0159et\u00e1\u010d\u00ed, dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 a\u00a0dozr\u00e1v\u00e1. Na l\u00e1hev se nalep\u00ed etiketa, p\u0159id\u00e1 se z\u00e1tka a\u00a0l\u00e1hev se p\u0159id\u00e1 k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edm do p\u0159epravky nebo kartonu. \u201eV\u00fdsledek se dostane do ruky z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi, tak\u017ee ka\u017edou l\u00e1hev dlouze le\u0161t\u00edme, l\u00edb\u00e1me a\u00a0p\u0159ejeme j\u00ed v\u0161e dobr\u00e9 na cestu.\u201c<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Letos jsme vyzpov\u00eddali Martina Ge\u017ea ze spole\u010dnosti JM Cider, kter\u00fd vyr\u00e1b\u00ed cider od \u010cerven\u00e9ho potoka neboli Redbrook cider. &#8222;N\u00e1\u0161 cider je v\u00a0podstat\u011b stejn\u00fd v\u00fdrobek jako francouzsk\u00fd cidre. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me \u010derstv\u011b vylisovan\u00fd jable\u010dn\u00fd mo\u0161t, m\u00edch\u00e1me si vlastn\u00ed mix odr\u016fd. Surovina je stejn\u00e1 a postup je tak\u00e9 stejn\u00fd.
