A z <a href=\"https:\/\/business.facebook.com\/sklizeno\/photos\/a.212750478779141.60853.168178483236341\/1648291158558392\/?type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ohlas\u016f na Facebooku<\/a> jsme zjistili, jak m\u00e1lo se toho o t\u00e9to obilnin\u011b v\u00ed. Tak jsme se rozhodli to napravit a \u010dervenou p\u0161enici v\u00e1m p\u0159edstavit. Jdeme na to!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Nov\u00e1 odr\u016fda?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">N\u011bkolik u\u017eivatel\u016f Facebooku n\u00e1m napsalo, \u017ee o n\u011bjakou <a href=\"https:\/\/business.facebook.com\/sklizeno\/posts\/1648301948557313?comment_id=1649194728468035&amp;comment_tracking=%7B%22tn%22%3A%22R9%22%7D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nov\u011b vy\u0161lecht\u011bnou a dobarvovanou odr\u016fdu obil\u00ed<\/a> nemaj\u00ed z\u00e1jem. Vid\u00edte, a pravda je p\u0159itom n\u011bkde \u00fapln\u011b jinde. Proto\u017ee internet o \u010derven\u00e9 p\u0161enici zat\u00edm taky mnoho ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, vzali jsme si na pomoc odbornou pr\u00e1ci Eli\u0161ky Gursk\u00e9 z\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00dastavu technologie a mikrobiologie potravin na Technologick\u00e9 fakult\u011b Univerzity Tom\u00e1\u0161e Bati ve Zl\u00edn\u011b. V n\u00ed se dozv\u00edme toto:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><span class=\"s1\">&#8222;\u010cerven\u00e1 p\u0161enice poch\u00e1z\u00ed z v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Afriky, byla objevena v roce 1872 v dne\u0161n\u00ed Etiopii na pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Rud\u00e9ho mo\u0159e. Je to p\u016fvodn\u00ed druh obilovin. Del\u0161\u00ed dobu nebyla t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u0161lecht\u011bna, ale dnes je op\u011bt p\u011bstov\u00e1na po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, a\u010dkoliv m\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdnosy (a\u017e o 20 %). Jej\u00ed v\u00fdhoda je v odolnosti p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u016f\u010di pl\u00edsni hlavi\u010dkov\u00e9.&#8220;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aha, tak\u017ee ne nov\u00e1, ale naopak tradi\u010dn\u00ed star\u00e1 odr\u016fda. Hur\u00e1!<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\">Ale pro\u010d je \u010derven\u00e1?<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pro\u010d je \u010derven\u00e1 p\u0161enice \u010derven\u00e1? No, p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno je takov\u00e1 dofialova. To jsou takov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, kter\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0zabra\u0148uj\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00edm proces\u016fm, p\u016fsob\u00ed proti voln\u00fdm radik\u00e1l\u016fm, kter\u00e9 jsou pro \u010dlov\u011bka \u0161kodliv\u00e9 a tak\u00e9 v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed do komplex\u016f katalyticky p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy.&#8220;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">D\u011bkujeme za vysv\u011btlen\u00ed!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Co n\u00e1m z t\u011bchto informac\u00ed vypl\u00fdv\u00e1? \u017de \u010derven\u00e1 p\u0161enice je ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s klasickou p\u0161enic\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druh, kter\u00fd nepro\u0161el tolika mutacemi, a bl\u00ed\u017e ne\u017e ke klasick\u00e9 p\u0161enici m\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad ke \u0161pald\u011b.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A taky \u017ee antokyany jsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, tak\u017ee se \u010derven\u00e9 barvy ur\u010dit\u011b nebojte. Z\u016fstala n\u00e1m st\u0159edov\u00e1 \u0161krobovit\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st, kter\u00e1 perfektn\u011b zvy\u0161uje glyk\u00e9mii a vede k\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed inzulinu. T\u00edm z\u00a0dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k\u00a0proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9mu prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u00a0organismu.
